One Day One Life - The Art Of Transformation Stacking
Episode 40 - What Does It Really Take To Start & Stay In Business with Adam Bussberg
In this episode Glenn has friend and former client Adam Bussberg on the show.
Adam runs a successful HVAC business in Utah. When he started working with Glenn as a business client he was generating $2.7M in revenue annually and one of his big audacious goals was to become a $10M business within 5 years.
Adam credits coaching, hard work and figuring it out as you go to reaching in his goal inside of 3 years. When you grow that fast you are going to have some "growing pains" and those pains are simply just invitations to expand, grow and develop into a real business owner.
So...
What does it really take to make the leap and go for it? Honestly no one knows until they actually do it. It's a series of figuring it out over the course of 5 to 10 years and even then do you ever really solve all of the problems?
Listen to this episode with Adam...you could honestly learn a lot by adopting TWO of his most consistent mantras:
"I don't know but we'll figure it out"
And
"It is what it is"
Both of these thoughts and power statements will empower you to figure things out and accept things so you can take ownership and responsibility for the situation.
Action! Adam describes how his actions didn't change but over the years where he created his motivations completely revolutionized and transformed...
Glenn and Adam briefly touch on parts of "healing the boy" in addressing the limitations and lack of perspective most men have when it comes to the relationship they have with their father and with other men. Listen for the clues to healing your own relationships as those power thoughts are there and will serve you too.
These two should definitely create some more content and share more soon. Be sure to reach out to Glenn and Adam and make some requests on anything you'd like them to answer specifically...
